Is there a way to see them on the net? I know that there are laws against publishing them in the UK but as they were published in another countries magazine, would it be possible to go to that mags database to see them?

Perhaps if you try non-UK search engines (i.e. not .co.uk ones) like google.com, altavista.com etc. and maybe a few non-English language ones. They might give you the link you need.
I do not know, but you my find that they would be blocked over here.
What i can tell you is that one of them does live in the North east of England. (the Scum) believed to be the Thompson one.
