This is well meaning, but sorry, it is crap. The problem is that 3B3K (3 billion people earning approximately $3k per year) are getting onto the internet at a pace 10 times faster than growth in the developed world. Newsflash, they are not buying new computers. Like the penetration of auto use in the USA, when farmers bought two broken cars (one a parts car), and the secondary market grew to 7 times the money of the new car market, the same dynamic is occurring overseas.
