This company – Mags On The Net – took my money for a magazine subscription and never provided the magazines. They won’t answer phone calls and they won’t respond to emails. Hundreds of other people have been ripped off the same way – a simple search will yield hundreds of complaints about this company.
Well first off you have to get a lawyer. That is the first step. And from there he will draw up a petition of sorts. After he does that, get all the members of that site to sign it. In most cases, if you have 3 or more people suing over the same thing, it is considered a class action. But first things first, find a lawyer. Someone who deals in consumer cases. Trust me they are everywhere. This is because the boom of the Internet has brought about a whole new market of people doing bad business.

First… find out what branch of government in your state handles consumer complaints and contact them. In Wisconsin, for instance, it is the Agricultural, Trade and Consumer Protection (ATCP) Department. It’ll be a lot quicker to get your reimbursement.
As for a class action… you need to consult with a lawyer. Perhaps you could find one on http://www.findlaw.com. Or you could call the State Bar to get a listing of attorneys who would handle class action litigation. Be careful though, it’s a tough road to go and you would likely not end up with what you want and it will be years down the road
