What would it take to work at elle magazine?

I was wondering what do you think it would take to work at a big fashion company like elle.
Anything from an assistant, receptionist, or backstage helping the models.

A reality check. Every young girl and their sister and their gay brother wants to work for "Elle" you have to be very overly qualified just to work as a receptionist there!

I would set your sights on reality because this isn’t the best idea.

That is a very vague question as the magazine employees people in many, many different aspects of its work … writers, photographers, ad sales, editing, layout, graphic arts, finance, management, models, staging, janitors, receptionists, etc.
