What is the easiest way to buy a British copy of Elle magazine (ELLE UK) in the United States?

I’d like a copy, and I’m not sure which way is the best. Local magazine vendors do not have the foreign issues, clearly.
Also, I don’t need a year round subscription, perhaps just an issue or two.

    Foreign subscriptions, specialized vendors and thru the British Consolate near you.

    I know that barnes& noble carries European mags, I have gotten numerous music and fashion uk ones from them. You can even sometimes request for them to order books/magazines. Either way there’s no harm in asking.
